RECIPE | Shockingly Quick and Way-Too-Easy Weekday Breakfast Scramble

 My every-day breakfast is ready-to-go in 5 minutes or less. It’s not a bowl of cereal or yogurt, and it’s not a power bar. I don’t even blend up a smoothie every day! It looks like a feast, but the secret is, it’s just right to get me through the morning and it’s practically effortless.

Breakfast scrambles are a quick, easy and delicious breakfast.

Healthy weekday breakfasts don’t have to be boring. This recipe is quick & simple enough for the busiest of mornings.

They Involve Very Little Prep-Work

On weekdays, typically my only prep for the breakfast scramble is grating the cheese.

If There is Prep, It Can Be Done in Advance

When I’m really on top of things, I’ll grate a block of cheese over the weekend in preparation for the coming week.

They are Inexpensive

A breakfast scramble can be as simple as a couple of eggs with a little cheese, salt and pepper. That works out to about $1 for breakfast.

They Take Only Minutes to Make

From start to finish, I can whip out a breakfast scramble in 5 minutes or less every day.

The Recipe is Easily Modified

You can adjust the recipe by what’s available in your fridge at the moment, or just what you feel like.

A breakfast scramble is a great way to get a healthy breakfast without putting much effort in at all. Here is my go-to recipe:

  1. I do not like brown sausages at all but seeing this dish makes wanting to cook the same for my family. My children were a fan of brown sausages and they are really happy when I serve it with egg. We cannot hide the fact that they do not like that much the vegetables. I am looking for recipes that would suit their likes and at the same time the nutrients they needed in their body. This blog is quite helpful.
