Weekly Weight Loss Update
Today, I am down 2 pounds from last Friday, 4 pounds overall! Plus, I was reminded of the importance of a daily routine in my life.
This Week’s Biggest Challenge
Squats!! This week, I had my first personal training session since March. It was so great to see Steve. He is always so kind and motivational. Unfortunately, he’s also seen what I’m capable of at my highest level of fitness. So, he doesn’t hesitate to push just a little bit past what I feel like. Well, I didn’t feel like doing squats (okay, I never feel like doing squats), but I did them. That was Wednesday and I’m still sore.
This Week’s Biggest Accomplishment: The Importance of a Daily Routine
Getting back to and being reminded of the importance of a daily routine. Hubs and I actually made it to the grocery store last weekend and picked up some really simple lunch items. We didn’t do any meal prep, but each morning we were able to grab a few things for lunch and go fairly quickly and easily. I made dinner a couple of nights this week and even got back to making breakfast. Yesterday was my first full day back to eating no sugar and no grains in a full month. It feels good to be getting back to our usual way of life.
