Weekly Weight Loss Update: Today, I am up 4 pounds from last Friday, down 5 pounds overall!
This Week’s Biggest Challenge: Mindful Eating. There has been no break for our family. Every day for the past 3 weeks has been extremely long, and a bit of an emotional roller-coaster. I am falling back into some old habits with my food, and I really began to notice it this week. I’m working to pay more attention to how hungry I feel when I eat so I can stop when I am full.
This Week’s Biggest Accomplishment: Announcing my newest wellness challenge at work. This will be the second wellness challenge I’ve run since taking on the program recently, and I think a lot of people are excited about it!
