My great-aunt, Wanda has always included motivational quotes for goal achievement with birthday cards and gifts. Sometimes, they’re written right into the card, sometimes on the inside cover of a book, and sometimes on little index cards inside an envelope.
She has a way of finding the most perfect quote for the occasion and everyone looks forward to reading them. In my childhood bedroom, I had a little bulletin board, and it was covered in quotes from Auntie Wanda.

I’ve always loved motivational quotes. They remind me that other people have been through similar experiences to what I may be going through, that I am not alone.
Motivational quotes for goal achievement helped me drop 40 pounds the first time, helped inspire me to start a blog in the first place, and help me push through during my toughest weeks now that I’m losing weight again.
