Weekly Weight Loss Update
Today, I am down 3 pounds from last Friday, 12 pounds overall, and feeling grateful for my daily weight loss tracking!
This Week’s Biggest Challenge – And Why I’m Grateful for My Daily Weight Loss Tracking
Focusing on my progress, even when it feels non-existent. While my final weight for this week shows significant improvement, I felt most of the week that I was stuck in a rut.
These are the times that I remember exactly why I continue with daily weight loss tracking. When I’m not seeing constant results and feel like I’m just maintaining the same weight, it helps to look back at my weight trend and see just how much I have truly improved:

This Week’s Biggest Accomplishment
Fitting my work on the blog into 5 days instead of 6. Hubs and I have big plans this weekend, so I promised myself I would fit all of my work into my schedule Monday-Friday this week so tomorrow is wide open. It’s made for some busy days, but is worth it in the end.
