You don't need a fancy diet to lose weight . . . here's how!

 

If you are looking to lose some weight, I have great news . . . you don’t need to diet!

Dieting is unhealthy and unnatural. If you are a grown adult, you get to choose how you eat. Period. You do not need someone else telling you what and how much to eat, because your body was made to tell you what doesn’t agree with it and when you don’t need to eat anymore.

On top of that, anything made in a lab shouldn’t be considered food and shouldn’t be your primary source of nutrients. You don’t need to pay money to know that and you don’t need a special app on your phone to tell you that.

So, long as you are consuming real food, that came from the earth (not a science lab), you stop eating when you no longer feel hungry, and you have fat to lose to get to a healthy size, you will lose weight. That’s all it takes. There is no magic pill or bar or tea or smoothie. Eat meat and vegetables and pay attention to your body. Your body will naturally begin to drop excess fat. It may take longer than you want it to. You may need to practice patience. But it will happen.

You don’t have to pay anybody to tell you how to eat and you don’t need to buy special “diet” foods.

It really is that easy.
