Today, I am down 2 pounds from last Friday, 10 pounds overall! Plus, I found an awesome NSNG meatloaf recipe.
This Week’s Biggest Challenge
Self-Confidence. Overall this week, I’ve been feeling down on my appearance, my brains and my overall capabilities to get stuff done. I’ve maintained my positive attitude fairly well, despite feeling a little down, and I’m proud be overcoming these negative feelings and practicing what I preach.
This Week’s Biggest Accomplishment – NSNG Meatloaf Recipe
Finding and making a kickass NSNG meatloaf recipe from Cave Girl Cuisine. It’s completely free of any sweeteners or grains! We had it for dinner last night, and this recipe is a keeper for sure! On another note, it seems like my accomplishments are always food-based. Interesting . . .
