When it’s hot outside, salad is usually the first healthy food option that comes to mind. It’s easy to throw together, and full of produce. Sometimes though, I get tired of having the same thing over and over. It’s nice to throw a little variety into weeks of endless salad.

It’s Way Too Easy
Pulling the steak out of the oven at the right time is the most difficult part of this entire recipe. The whole thing comes together in 20-30 minutes. Faster if you cook the steak the day before.
