My mouth is watering just thinking about a perfectly-cooked, juicy steak on a bed of freshly-harvested lettuce & spinach.
It’s Way Too Easy
Pulling the steak out of the oven at the right time is the most difficult part of this entire recipe. The whole thing comes together in 20-30 minutes. Faster if you cook the steak the day before.
